Bitcoin's Market Conditions Improve, but Sustained Price Strength Still Lacking

Bitcoin's market conditions have been improving, which is easing pressure on underwater holders. The unrealized loss ratio has dropped to 35.2%, below the historical 40% deep-stress threshold that it peaked at in late June.

The decline suggests fewer investors are holding Bitcoin at a loss, indicating reduced market stress. However, the indicator rebounded from 30.4% around July 21st, showing selling pressure has not disappeared entirely.

Historical cycles suggest that moving below 40% rarely confirms a lasting recovery. Instead, similar phases often precede prolonged consolidation before either strengthening further or advancing toward the 60% capitulation zone.

Bitcoin appears more resilient, but preventing losses from returning above 40% remains key confirmation.
