Bitcoin's Next Move: Will It Break Through Resistance or Fall Back
Bitcoin is facing a critical test as it hovers near $79,900, positioning itself close to a key resistance zone at $80,500. According to technical strategist Kaz, who has been analyzing the crypto market, this area represents an important resistance level for Bitcoin.
Kaz notes that the recent weekend rebound in Bitcoin's price occurred on relatively low trading volume, while fresh buying interest has appeared close to $78,500. This support zone is seen as a crucial level to hold, as it would preserve the current bullish structure and keep targets of $83,000-$84,000 viable.
However, if the support zone fails to maintain its strength, Bitcoin could retrace toward lower liquidity bands, weakening the outlook for continued upward movement. A breakdown below this area would increase the risk of a deeper correction in the market.
