Bitcoin's Price Rally Hits Wall at $83K: Will It Trigger Next Major Move?
Bitcoin's price rally stalled at $83,000, leaving its recovery uncertain. On August 25, Bitcoin traded near $79,250 after briefly reaching about $81,250 during Asian hours. This level is roughly 2.5% below the intraday peak and fails to reclaim the key resistance needed to confirm the recovery.
The price rally that started from the $63,000-$65,000 region has seen Bitcoin cross several levels, including $70,000, $72,000, and $78,000. However, heavier supply emerged above $80,000, causing the pullback.
Analysts are warning of potential downside risk if $83,000 is not held. Cyclop expects a drop towards $50,000 if BTC fails to reclaim and hold this level. CryptoQuant's Bull Score rose to 80, but a weekly close above $83,000 remains crucial. Another analyst sees a possible correction to $72,000-$74,000 following bearish divergence.
