Bitcoin's Price Volatility Continues as Audiera (BEAT) Suffers Significant Loss
The past week has been eventful for Bitcoin (BTC), with price volatility within the $62,000-$64,000 range. After being rejected at $65,600 and dipping below $63,000 ahead of the Fed FOMC meeting, BTC rebounded to over $65,000 on Friday before being rejected again. On Sunday morning, it surged to $63,800 after US President Donald Trump canceled planned strikes against Iran, but quickly dipped back down.
The bulls reemerged on Monday with positive net flows into the spot Bitcoin ETFs, and BTC jumped to $64,000 within hours. However, this momentum was short-lived, and it has since dipped again to nearly a grand lower at around $63,200. Its market capitalization has rebounded to $1.275 trillion, while its dominance over altcoins remains below 57%.
Audiera (BEAT) continues to be the most volatile top 100 altcoin, slumping by 20% on a 24-hour scale to under $3 after being rejected yesterday. In contrast, ADA has defied market sluggishness with a multi-month peak at almost $0.20, while other altcoins such as AVAX and DOT have charted gains of more than 5% daily.
