Bitcoin's Valuation Plummets: Can It Hold Above $57.6K?
Bitcoin's valuation has taken a significant hit, but on-chain signals suggest it may be a correction rather than a full-blown capitulation. According to market analyst Axel Adler Jr., the MVRV Z-Score has plummeted to 0.41, well below its historical mean of 1.69. This indicator measures Bitcoin's market value relative to its realized value while accounting for historical volatility.
The MVRV Z-Score has fallen sharply from around 2.5 in mid-2025, when Bitcoin traded above $100,000. It later reached a summer low of 0.18 before recovering to about 0.40-0.41.
Bitcoin is currently trading at $63.76K, approximately 10.7% above the $57.6K Adjusted Realized Price, which estimates the average cost basis of active coins. A sustained break below this level could signal greater market stress and increase selling pressure.
