Bitdeer Revenue Soars 47%, But Net Loss Widens Amid Higher Electricity Costs
Bitdeer (BTDR) reported its Q2 2026 earnings on August 10, 2026. Revenue reached $228.8 million, a 47% increase from the previous year, driven by growth in self-mining hash rate and AI cloud business.
The company's net loss was $92.3 million, up from $62.9 million in Q2 2025, primarily due to higher electricity and depreciation costs. Adjusted EBITDA increased 575% to $31.1 million, a sign of operating leverage as hash price and power dynamics stabilized.
Bitdeer's self-mining hash rate rose 342% year-over-year to 73 exahashes per second, supported by 243,000 active mining rigs. The company produced 2,694 Bitcoin during the quarter, a 377% increase from Q2 2025.
