Bitdeer's Bitcoin output has surged nearly fivefold in Q2 2026 compared to the same period last year, reaching 2,694 BTC. The miner's revenue rose by 47% to $228.8 million during this time, driven by a significant increase in self-mining capacity. Bitdeer's average self-mining hashrate climbed 389% to 69.5 EH/s.

The company's net loss widened to $92.3 million from $62.9 million a year earlier. Despite producing more Bitcoin, Bitdeer ended the quarter with only 150 BTC on its balance sheet, down 90% from 1,502 BTC in Q2 2025. This is due to the liquidation of 943 BTC in February for liquidity purposes.

Bitdeer has continued to invest in expanding its mining operations and developing its AI business. The company announced a $36 million manufacturing facility in Sparks, Nevada, which will produce key components for its SEALMINER hardware. Additionally, Bitdeer's Tydal Data Center subsidiary signed a 16-year agreement with Volta Tydal AS covering 121 MW of critical IT capacity in Norway.
