Bitfinex: Bitcoin's $63K Support Under Threat as Bear Market Traits Persist
Bitcoin's price action is being influenced by mid-to-late bear market traits, according to an analysis from Bitfinex. The exchange has identified two critical on-chain price levels that are currently framing Bitcoin's price: the long-term holder realized price of $52,699 and the short-term holder realized price of $67,176.
The midpoint between these two levels is around $63,200, which has acted as a support level over the past two weeks. A break below this level could lead to a retest of June's low of $57,803, representing a significant decline from current prices.
Despite favorable conditions in the macro environment, such as easing U.S. inflation data and record highs in the stock market, these tailwinds have yet to fully spill over into the cryptocurrency markets.
