Bitfinex Delists 13 Crypto Assets, Withdrawal Deadline Set for August 31
Bitfinex has delisted 13 crypto assets from trading on its platform, including Cosmos (ATOM), Lido (LDO), and Jupiter (JUP). The affected assets can still be withdrawn until August 31, 2026, at 10:00 UTC. After this deadline, the exchange's internal rules for uncollected balances will take over, allowing withdrawals only at the provider's discretion.
The trading halt is already in effect, with no active spot pairs listed for the delisted assets on Bitfinex's public interfaces as of August 18, 2026. This means that selling these assets through the exchange is no longer possible. However, all 13 assets still appear in the exchange's currency list and have a withdrawal method available.
One important consideration for withdrawals is that some assets use different ticker symbols internally than their announced names. For example, Cosmos (ATOM) appears as ATO on Bitfinex, while Vaulta (A) is listed under the old ticker EOS.
