Bitfinex Securities Expands Offerings with Tokenized Notes Listing

Bitfinex Securities has expanded its offerings by listing five tokenized notes that give investors exposure to companies like Strategy, Metaplanet, and H100 Group. These products are the first of their kind to be available for secondary trading on a regulated tokenized securities exchange.

The notes were issued through ORO (II), a Luxembourg umbrella securitization fund managed by SICOS Securities, and are backed by underlying securities held with regulated financial institutions. However, they do not grant investors direct ownership of the corresponding company shares.

According to Bitfinex Securities, fractional exposure is available from about $1, and the products can be traded against the US dollar (USD), Tether's USDt (USDT), or Bitcoin (BTC). However, availability is limited to eligible investors and excludes US persons.
