Bitget Expands UNICEF Partnership into Three New Countries

Global cryptocurrency exchange Bitget has partnered with UNICEF to expand its youth digital education initiative, Game Changers Coalition (GCC), into three new countries: Bangladesh, Bolivia, and Indonesia. The GCC program aims to equip young people, especially girls, with future-ready skills including digital education, AI, and financial literacy through video game development.

The partnership between Bitget and UNICEF has been ongoing since 2025 as part of a three-year collaboration to support financial literacy, including blockchain, and digital skills for young people in emerging economies. Through the partnership, Bitget contributes educational resources, such as blockchain-focused learning content and access to mentors from the Web3 ecosystem.

The GCC program has already reached over 642,000 young people globally, with girls accounting for 52% of participants. The coalition has created more than 20,000 video games through its curriculum. In December 2025, Bitget's team witnessed the program's impact during Cambodia's National Game Jam, where over 1,000 young participants created socially impactful video games.
