Bitget Freezes Manipulation Profits, Redirects Funds to Affected Users

Share

Bitget, a cryptocurrency exchange, has announced that it will freeze profits generated through market manipulation of any project or their market maker. This policy aims to strengthen crypto exchange anti-manipulation measures and reinforce user fund protection across volatile pairs.

The move follows extreme volatility in select trading pairs on the platform. Bitget is urging users to report suspicious activity, which can be done by emailing [email protected] or direct messaging @GracyBitget.

This policy change means that instead of counting manipulation profits as exchange revenue, they will be redirected to affected users and used for platform protection measures.
