Bitget Introduces Tokenized US Stock Fixed Coupon Notes
Bitget has introduced a new product that combines tokenized US stocks with structured investment instruments. The Fixed Coupon Note (FCN) is tied to rTokens, which provide blockchain-based exposure to shares of US-listed companies. This marks the first time Bitget has connected structured investment instruments with blockchain-based stock exposure.
The FCN allows users to subscribe using USDT and receive a predefined coupon during the holding period. At maturity, participants gain exposure to selected US stock rTokens rather than purchasing equities directly at market prices. The product is available for companies such as Nvidia (NVDA), Marvell Technology (MRVL), Micron Technology (MU), Sandisk (SNDK), and Skyworks Solutions (SKHY).
Bitget's move reflects a broader push among crypto exchanges to bridge the gap between digital asset trading and traditional securities markets. Tokenized stocks have drawn interest as a way to offer round-the-clock trading and fractional access to equities otherwise bound by exchange hours and geographic restrictions.
