Bitget Launches Compute Perpetuals for Retail Users
Bitget has introduced pre-market compute perpetuals for retail users, allowing them to trade on the rental prices of NVIDIA H100 and B200 GPUs. These perpetuals track the H100 and B200 GPU rental price indexes published by Silicon Data, which are based on actual quotes from multiple cloud service providers and compute power suppliers.
The introduction of these perpetuals makes it possible for retail investors to participate directly in the global AI compute market without having to purchase GPUs or rent servers. This is a significant development as it provides access to price discovery in the global GPU rental and AI infrastructure markets.
Bitget's decision to select the H100 and B200 products as its first underlying assets was not coincidental, as they are at the center of intense global AI compute supply-and-demand dynamics. The perpetuals were designed with crypto traders in mind, offering USDT margin, leverage of up to 10x, uninterrupted 24/7 trading, and funding fee settlements every 8 hours.
