Bitget Maintains Strong Reserves Amid Market Volatility
Bitget has released its latest Proof of Reserves (PoR) report, showing that it maintains an average reserve ratio of 122% across four major assets. The exchange's user holdings now stand at 26,856 BTC, 112,242 ETH, 1,678,163,870 USDT, and 113,827,508 USDC.
The latest snapshot indicates a significant increase in BTC holdings, which rose by 15% from June. In contrast, ETH, USDT, and USDC holdings saw more modest changes of 50%, 13%, and 28% respectively. This shift in user allocations reflects the evolving market conditions that the exchange's users are responding to.
Bitget's CEO, Gracy Chen, emphasized the importance of transparency in financial markets, stating, 'As financial markets become increasingly connected, transparency has to evolve alongside them.' The Proof of Reserves program is an essential part of Bitget's broader security framework, which also includes a Protection Fund and continuous risk monitoring.
By publishing its reserve data on a monthly basis, Bitget provides users with an objective way to confirm platform solvency as the exchange continues to grow. This increased transparency aligns with Bitget's mission to drive crypto adoption through strategic partnerships and innovative products like its AI agent for co-piloted trade execution.
