Bitget Rolls Out rToken for Fractional U.S. Equities Trading

Bitget has introduced rToken, a tokenized U.S. stocks product integrated into its Stocks 2.0 platform as of June 2, 2026.

The tokens allow users to trade fractional shares of selected U.S. equities 24/7 using USDT, with the tokens backed 1:1 by real U.S. stocks held in custody through Reality Protocol and underlying assets managed by Alpaca, a FINRA-registered U.S. broker.

The offering enables dividend payouts in USDT, supports the use of rTokens as collateral for futures margin, and eliminates trading commissions and custody fees.
