Bitget Unleashes Compute Perpetuals for Retail Traders

Bitget has introduced pre-market compute perpetuals for retail users, allowing them to trade long or short on movements in global AI compute prices. The two perpetuals track the H100 and B200 GPU rental price indexes published by Silicon Data, reflecting the standardized average rental costs across multiple cloud service providers and compute power suppliers.

The introduction of these perpetuals makes it possible for retail traders to participate directly in the global GPU rental market without needing to purchase GPUs or rent servers. This is a significant development, as traditionally, participating in GPU rental price movements required becoming a customer of a cloud service provider or large AI company.

The pre-market compute perpetuals are cash-settled, with all profits and losses settled in USDT. The trading process is straightforward: users can open the TradFi section in the Bitget app, search for H100 or B200, enter the quantity and price, and choose a market order or limit order.
