Bitget Upgrades Tokenized Stocks with Deeper Liquidity and Broader Use
Bitget has upgraded its tokenized stock product to offer deeper market liquidity, faster execution, and broader token use. The exchange says Stocks 2.0 ties equity tokens to real-time market liquidity, using Reality's licensed real-world asset platform. This upgrade includes a 1:1 economic match to each underlying stock, allowing users to convert cash dividends into USDT and credit their accounts.
The first batch of 36 stock-linked assets covers prominent names like Apple, Tesla, Nvidia, and the QQQ fund. However, access depends on user jurisdiction. Bitget's CEO Gracy Chen says tokenized equities are 'the bridge crypto is building between global markets,' predicting over 10% of global financial assets could be tokenized by 2030.
Bitget moved early into tokenized stocks and ETFs, with its cumulative tokenized stock spot volume surpassing $1 billion by January 2026. The exchange also handled around 89% of Ondo-issued tokenized stock volume in December 2025.
