Nigeria's stablecoin market is attracting more expansion from Bitget Wallet as it deepens its direct bank transfer services for users seeking to convert USDT or USDC into naira.

Bitget Wallet launched its service in Nigeria and Mexico on November 25, 2025, covering over 45 Nigerian banks and 35 Mexican banks.

The service supports USDT and USDC on BNB Chain, Ethereum, Solana, Tron, and Base with zero fees.

Nigeria accounts for roughly 60% of sub-Saharan Africa's stablecoin inflows, according to the IMF, built from third-party blockchain data using USDT and USDC as proxies.
