Share

BitGo has acquired NYDIG's institutional trading business in a move to expand its offerings for professional crypto market participants.

The deal includes NYDIG's client relationships and roughly 30 employees joining BitGo, but financial terms were not disclosed.

According to BitGo, the acquisition will 'meaningfully scale' its trading and infrastructure capabilities, enabling it to serve a broader range of institutional clients.

BitGo CEO Mike Belshe said the deal will allow the firm to provide a full stack for portfolio execution, including spot and derivatives execution, structured solutions, and financing.
