BitGo Dominates Real-World Asset Market with 27.5% Share
The real-world asset market has seen significant growth in recent years, with BitGo taking the lead among issuers. According to Token Terminal data, BitGo held a share of 27.5% of the $26.6 billion RWA issuer market, accounting for nearly $7.3 billion locked.
This represents a 156.4% increase in capital deployed since 2024, with BitGo's share standing at 28.0%. Securitize ranked second with 14.9%, followed by Ondo Finance and BlackRock.
Ethereum remains the largest blockchain for RWA issuer activity, accounting for 56.6% of the sector's $26.6 billion TVL across 20 networks. The growth in RWA activity is expanding beyond Ethereum, with networks such as zkSync Era and Avalanche contributing significantly to the market.
The concentration among major participants is evident, with BitGo, Securitize, Ondo Finance, and BlackRock together accounting for roughly two-thirds of issuer TVL.
