BitGo Integrates Hyperliquid Trading through WalletConnect
BitGo has expanded its services by integrating Hyperliquid trading access through WalletConnect. This new capability allows eligible clients to connect their wallets to Hyperliquid without having to set up a new wallet or approve each trading action through BitGo.
The integration enables clients to place, modify, and close orders without requiring a new BitGo wallet signature or making separate on-chain gas payments for each order. However, existing approval requirements remain in place for deposits and withdrawals that involve wallet transactions, including multi-user approvals configured by the client.
This permissioned connection between BitGo and Hyperliquid is established without exposing private keys, according to the company. The integration is part of BitGo's effort to provide institutional digital asset infrastructure across networks and on-chain applications.
