BitGo Swells Institutional Trading with NYDIG Acquisition

BitGo has acquired NYDIG's institutional trading business and related assets in a move that expands its derivatives, financing, and capital-markets capabilities.

The acquisition brings approximately 30 employees and NYDIG's client relationships with asset managers, hedge funds, corporations, family offices, and other institutional clients into BitGo.

NYDIG will redirect resources toward vertically integrated power generation, Bitcoin mining, and high-performance computing data centers, leveraging a development pipeline exceeding 3 gigawatts.
