BitGo Unlocks Institutional Access to Decibel via Aptos Network Integration
BitGo has integrated its institutional wallet ecosystem with Decibel, a decentralized exchange built on the Aptos network. This integration allows institutions to trade on Decibel using WalletConnect without having to move their assets into another wallet.
The use of BitGo's multi-party computation (MPC) technology and wallet policy engine ensures that transactions are processed securely and efficiently. Institutions can maintain their current control mechanisms, including address whitelisting and multi-signature transactions, while still utilizing Decibel.
One of the key advantages of this integration is that institutions do not need to alter their existing custody structures to use Decibel. Assets remain within the BitGo-linked self-custody wallet, eliminating the need for asset transfers.
