BitMart Delivers Real SpaceX Allocation to Every IPOPrime Subscriber
BitMart secured a primary allocation of SpaceX's (SPCX) shares and distributed them to every subscriber of its IPOPrime service, ensuring no one walked away empty-handed. This move sets BitMart apart from other platforms that were unable to secure an allocation and have refunded users in full.
The distribution was made on a pro-rata basis, with each subscriber receiving approximately 40% of their committed shares, while any unfilled balance was returned. The bSPCX token, which represents interests in a fund holding real SpaceX equity, is now tradable on BitMart's secondary market at Nasdaq-referenced prices.
This development comes after SpaceX made its debut on the Nasdaq exchange this morning at a $135 IPO price. According to BitMart's Global CEO, Nenter Chow, 'When demand outruns supply, access is the whole game. We secured our allocation and made sure every subscriber got a share - and with no lock-up, they can act on it today, not six months from now.'
