BitMart Secures Primary SpaceX Allocation for IPOPrime Subscribers
BitMart's IPOPrime program secured a primary allocation of SpaceX (SPCX) shares and distributed them to every subscriber, with each receiving an average of ~40% of their requested amount. The bSPCX token, which represents interests in a fund holding real SpaceX equity, is now tradable on BitMart's secondary market at real Nasdaq prices.
The allocation was made possible due to the high demand for SpaceX exposure, which far outran supply. Unlike other platforms that refunded users in full, BitMart secured the necessary shares and ensured every subscriber received a share, with any unfilled balance returned.
'When demand outruns supply, access is the whole game,' said Nenter Chow, Global CEO of BitMart. 'We secured our allocation and made sure every subscriber got a share - and with no lock-up, they can act on it today, not six months from now.'
