BitMart Secures SpaceX Allocation, Distributes Shares to Every IPOPrime Subscriber
BitMart secured a primary allocation for SpaceX's (SPCX) initial public offering (IPO) and distributed a real 40% allocation to every participant in its IPOPrime program.
The company delivered on its promise, ensuring that no subscriber walked away empty-handed. When demand far outpaced supply, BitMart made sure to fill each subscriber's commitment on a pro-rata basis, with any unfilled balance returned.
bSPCX, the tokenized fund interest linked to SpaceX, is now tradable at real Nasdaq prices without any underlying lock-up period. This means holders can trade and exit immediately, unlike other platforms that may impose a six-month wait or reference synthetic indexes.
