BitMEX Co-Founder Arthur Hayes Drops $2 Million on Ethena Tokens

Arthur Hayes, co-founder of cryptocurrency derivatives exchange BitMEX, has continued to accumulate Ethena (ENA) tokens. In a recent five-day period, he purchased an additional 10.9 million ENA tokens worth approximately $985,000.

This brings his total ENA purchases over the past five days to around 22.64 million tokens, valued at about $2 million, according to blockchain tracking data.

Hayes' latest accumulation has renewed discussion about Ethena's position within the evolving decentralized finance ecosystem and whether institutional-style investors are increasingly looking toward emerging crypto protocols.
