Reform, a UK political party led by Nigel Farage, has received a record-breaking donation of £36 million from Arthur Delo, a British co-founder of crypto platform BitMEX.

The funds will more than triple the previous record political donation in Britain, which was £10 million left to the Conservatives by businessman John Sainsbury, according to Electoral Commission data.

Delo's previous donation to Reform was £8 million. He stated that his latest pledge is intended to help ensure a 'fair fight' with Labour and the Conservatives.

In an article for the Telegraph, Delo emphasized the importance of fundraising and preparing to govern. He argued that developing policies and legislation requires both time and money.
