BitMine Adds Another 53,501 ETH to Treasury
BitMine Immersion Technologies has continued its streak of purchasing Ethereum (ETH) tokens, adding 53,501 ETH to its treasury. This latest acquisition brings its total holdings to 5,901,112 tokens, valued at approximately $14.54 billion at the time of writing.
The company's chairman, Tom Lee, stated that this purchase is part of BitMine's strategy to accumulate Ethereum tokens every week since launching its treasury plan on June 30, 2025. This has now extended to 65 consecutive weeks.
BitMine's Ethereum holdings account for about 4.9% of the reported 120.7 million-token supply. The company also reported that over 5.06 million ETH is staked through its own infrastructure and outside validator partners, producing an estimated $335 million in annual revenue.
