Bitmine Announces Record and Payment Dates for Cash Dividends on BMNP

Bitmine Immersion Technologies has announced record and payment dates for cash dividends on its 9.50% Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock (BMNP).

The Board of Directors declared seventeen cash dividends, which will be payable in accordance with the terms of the Certificate of Designations governing the Series A Preferred Stock.
