BitMine Bolsters Ethereum Holdings with $19 Million Purchase

BitMine Immersion Technologies strengthened its Ethereum treasury by purchasing 9,946 ETH last week, bringing its total holdings to approximately 5.79 million ETH.

This acquisition brings BitMine closer to its goal of owning 5% of all ETH in circulation and represents a significant increase from the previous week's purchase of 7,430 ETH.

Ethereum recovered above $1,900 last week, reaching its highest price in ten weeks, which may have contributed to BitMine's buying decision.

In addition to expanding its Ethereum holdings, BitMine repurchased 6.1 million BMNR shares, bringing the total buybacks under its $4 billion program to 11.6 million shares.
