Bitmine Boosts Ethereum Holdings to 5.9M ETH Valued at $14.5B
Bitmine Immersion Technologies has significantly boosted its Ethereum holdings by purchasing 53,501 ETH last week. This addition brings its total to 5,901,112 ETH, which accounts for approximately 4.9% of the circulating supply.
The company's investment is valued at around $14.5 billion and it stakes 86% of its holdings through the MAVAN platform, generating an estimated annual staking income of $335 million.
Ethereum's price surged 55% in August, driven by strong Q3 performance and upcoming catalysts such as the U.S. CLARITY Act vote and renewed interest from South Korea.
