Tom Lee's Bitmine has made another large Ethereum purchase, according to on-chain analytics platform Lookonchain.

A transfer of 20,000 ETH, worth approximately $48.9M at the time, was flagged from Kraken to a wallet linked to BitMine on August 26.

This move follows a well-documented pattern by BitMine, which has reported large weekly buys in recent days and aims to own 5% of Ethereum's circulating supply before the end of 2026.

The accumulation narrative surrounding this purchase is uncertain, as BitMine has not officially confirmed the transaction. However, institutional buying patterns have historically influenced market movements.
