Bitmine Immersion Technologies has terminated its Management Services Agreement (MSA) with Ethereum Tower and transitioned to an advisory services agreement with American Validator, effective September 4, 2026. The new arrangement simplifies fees for staking rewards from Company-staked Ethereum, replacing the prior long-term revenue share model.

The company will now pay a flat 1.50% fee on staking rewards, down from the previous revenue-participation model. This change is expected to streamline costs while maintaining operational support for its Ethereum staking activities.

According to the SEC filing, Bitmine Immersion Technologies reported no material termination penalties and expects the new structure to be beneficial in the long run.
