Bitmine Immersion Technologies has made significant disclosures regarding its crypto and cash holdings. The company reported having $11.3 billion in total assets, including a substantial amount of Ethereum (ETH). Specifically, it holds 5,797,813 ETH, valued at approximately $1,880 each, making up a notable portion of the overall holding value.

The breakdown of its crypto holdings reveals that 4,917,189 staked ETH are being held via MAVAN, which is expected to generate around $247 million in annualized staking revenues. Additionally, Bitmine Immersion Technologies has repurchased 16.1 million common shares under a $4 billion buyback program.

The company's latest development also includes its addition to the Russell 1000 Large-cap index and the trading of its Series A Preferred stock on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the symbol BMNP.
