BitMine has made its largest weekly Ethereum purchase since December 2025, acquiring 71,252 ETH worth around $152 million at current prices. This brings the company's total Ethereum holdings to 4.803 million tokens, valued at approximately $10.3 billion.

The purchase represents a significant milestone for BitMine, which aims to accumulate 5% of the circulating Ethereum supply. The firm has maintained an accelerating pace of Ethereum purchases across each of the past four weeks, according to Executive Chairman Tom Lee.

Lee framed the latest acquisition against the backdrop of ongoing geopolitical tensions weighing on global markets. He noted that Ethereum ranks as the second-best performing asset since the start of the current conflict six weeks ago, gaining 6.8% over that period.
