Bitmine Nears 5% Control Over Ethereum Supply with Staking Revenue Boost

Bitmine Immersion Technologies has significantly increased its Ethereum holdings to 5.85 million tokens, putting it close to controlling 5% of the cryptocurrency's circulating supply.

This expansion is part of the company's treasury strategy, which links asset accumulation with recurring income through staking. Bitmine has staked about 87% of its Ethereum, generating substantial annualized revenue from this process.

The recent 30% price surge in Ethereum has also contributed to Bitmine's growth, making it the largest public Ethereum treasury. This increase in value supports the company's expansion efforts and reinforces its position as a major player in the Ethereum ecosystem.
