Bitmine Nears 5% Ethereum Ownership Threshold Amid Slipping Stock Price

Bitmine's recent purchase of 27,180 ETH has put its Ethereum holdings at about 5.956 million coins, representing a 4.9% stake in the total supply.

This acquisition is part of Bitmine's weekly accumulation strategy that began in late June 2025, and it has so far added around $68 million to its treasury.

Despite this buying news, BMNR stock price slipped by about 0.5% in early Monday trading, attributed to a broader decline in tech and crypto equities.
