BitMine Nears 5% Global Ethereum Supply

BitMine's Ethereum stash has reached a significant milestone, hitting 5.815 million ETH. This represents approximately 4.8% of the total circulating supply of around 120.7 million ETH.

The company has been steadily increasing its holdings since June 30, 2025, with Chairman Tom Lee noting that they have purchased ETH every single week since then.

As a result of their staking operations, BitMine estimates that it will generate around $250 million in annual staking rewards. If the entire portfolio were staked through their proprietary MAVAN platform and partners, the company projects annual rewards could reach $287 million.
