Bitmine Reaches 96% of 'Alchemy of 5%' Goal with 5.81 Million ETH Holdings

Bitmine Immersion Technologies has made significant strides in its Ethereum Treasury strategy. The company now holds 5.81 million ETH tokens, representing a 4.8% stake in the total ETH supply of 120.7 million.

This marks a major milestone for Bitmine as it approaches the 'Alchemy of 5%' goal, with 96% completion in just 14 months.

The company's crypto holdings have outperformed the Nasdaq 100 by 2,500 basis points in July, the largest since July 2025. This is reflective of the strengthening fundamentals of cryptocurrency.

Bitmine has repurchased over 19 million shares under its $4 billion share repurchase program and continues to view its common shares as undervalued.
