Bitmine Sets New Record with $131M Ethereum Purchase, Eyes 5% Treasury Goal

Bitmine, led by Tom Lee, made its largest Ethereum (ETH) purchase since June 2026, acquiring 53,501 ETH worth $131 million.

This brings Bitmine's treasury to a total of 15.6 billion dollars, making it the largest ETH treasury worldwide and the second-largest crypto treasury behind Strategy.

Tom Lee predicts that the ETH/BTC ratio will rise to its former high of 0.08 in the next five years, driven by tokenization, agentic AI, and traditional finance migrating on-chain.
