Bitmine Snaps Up Over 53k ETH Tokens

Bitmine, a former Bitcoin miner turned Ethereum purchaser, has made another significant purchase of $ETH tokens. In the past week alone, it acquired over 53,000 tokens, bringing its total stash to 5.9 million $ETH.

This represents approximately 4.9% of Ethereum's circulating supply and puts Bitmine nearly 98% of the way toward its goal of owning 5% of the entire Ethereum supply, as stated in its 'Alchemy of 5%' strategy.

The company's aggressive purchasing strategy has been consistent over the past two years, with each week seeing a purchase since June 30, 2025. Chairman Tom Lee pointed out this impressive streak, highlighting Bitmine's commitment to accumulating $ETH tokens.
