BitMine Stock Soars on End of Dilution and Ethereum Fundamentals
BitMine's BMNR stock has seen a significant rebound in recent days, with its price jumping by 90% from its lowest point this year to $24.15. According to analysts, several factors contribute to this surge.
The end of dilution is one such factor. BitMine currently holds over 5.8 million ETH tokens, which means it will soon stop buying new coins and transition into a staking-driven free cash flow machine. This 'alchemy of 5%' aims to reach 6 million coins, after which the company's revenue from staking operations is expected to increase sharply.
Assuming the same staking rewards as Sharplink, another top ETH holder, BitMine's annual revenue could reach $296 million or more, depending on Ethereum's price. With a small employee base, most of this revenue will likely go towards shareholder distributions.
