BitMine Swells Ethereum Holdings with $53,000 ETH Acquisition

BitMine has significantly expanded its Ethereum holdings, bringing its total to 5.9 million ETH after acquiring an additional 53,501 ETH over the past week.

The company's Ethereum position now accounts for about 4.9% of the cryptocurrency's total supply, with a substantial portion staked in the proof-of-stake network.

BitMine reported that it has staked approximately 86% of its Ethereum holdings, totaling 5,067,309 ETH, which is expected to generate around $335 million in annualized staking revenue.
