BitMine's $69M Ethereum Buy Ignites Fresh Hopes of $3,000 Target

BitMine has made another significant Ethereum purchase, acquiring 28,086 ETH worth approximately $69 million. This adds to its existing holdings of over 5.9 million ETH, making it one of the largest institutional Ethereum buyers.

The purchase takes BitMine's total holdings to around 4.9% of Ethereum's 122 million token supply. Over 5 million ETH have been staked through BitMine's MAVAN platform and staking partners, further solidifying its long-term Ethereum positioning.

Ethereum has recently recovered strongly, but a convincing breakout above the $2,500 to $2,550 resistance area could open the path towards $3,000. BitMine's consistent buying activity is reinforcing market confidence in Ethereum's growth prospects.
