Bitmine's Cryptocurrency Holdings Reach $15.6 Billion Amid Ongoing Treasury Strategy
Bitmine Immersion Technologies, Inc., a company operating blockchain technology infrastructure, has announced that its cryptocurrency holdings are valued at $15.6 billion as of August 30, 2026. The total includes 5,901,112 Ethereum tokens worth approximately $2,511 each, based on Coinbase pricing.
The company's Ethereum holdings represent 4.9% of the total ETH supply, which is 120.7 million tokens. Notably, Bitmine acquired 53,501 ETH over the past week and has been purchasing ETH for 65 consecutive weeks since launching its ETH Treasury Strategy on June 30, 2025.
The company's Chairman, Thomas Lee, stated that they have been acquiring ETH each week since the inception of their treasury strategy. Lee also commented on regulatory developments, mentioning an upcoming CLARITY Act vote scheduled for mid-September.
