Bittensor Breaks Flag Formation, But Bulls Must Be Cautious
Bittensor (TAO) has broken its mid-March flag formation, which is considered a bullish sign in technical analysis. A flag is formed when an asset's price consolidates within a narrow range before breaking out of it. In this case, TAO has been trading within the $0.30-$0.45 range since mid-March.
According to analysts, there are three key reasons why bulls should still be cautious despite the breakout. Firstly, the volume on the break is relatively low, which could indicate a false signal. Secondly, TAO's price action has been influenced by its recent listing on major exchanges, which may have contributed to the flag formation. Lastly, the asset's technical indicators are showing signs of overbought conditions, suggesting that the rally may be due for a correction.
However, some analysts believe that the breakout could still lead to further gains in the short term. They point out that TAO has been trading within a strong uptrend channel since February and has shown significant price appreciation during this period.
