Bittensor Token Nears Crucial Moment as Selling Pressure Fades
The Bittensor token (TAO) is approaching a crucial moment as selling pressure appears to be losing momentum. Since peaking near $292.2 in late June, the token has been steadily declining. However, each successive drop has become less aggressive, forming a falling wedge pattern that often indicates weakening bearish conviction rather than fresh selling pressure.
The token is currently trading around $198.3 and is nearing the apex of this pattern near the critical $182.5 support level. Buyers have defended this level several times since January, making it the foundation of the current structure.
Momentum indicators also suggest that the bearish trend is waning. The RSI has rebounded to 45.23 but still hasn't reached the price's recent lows, indicating a reduction in selling momentum below the surface.
The MACD reinforces this view, with both lines continuing to converge on the zero line and the histogram making a slight positive turn. However, volume remains very light compared to what was seen during the sharp sell-off that occurred in mid-July.
