Bitwise Solana ETF Sees $267M Investment Influx, But Loses Ground Due to Market Decline
The Bitwise Solana ETF, BSOL, attracted $267.1 million in net share capital during the first half of 2026.
This influx of investment came on top of a net asset value (NAV) per share of $16.37 at the end of December, but by June, the NAV had plummeted to $10.01.
The fund's operational loss was substantial, with a decline of $316 million from operations during the six months.
Much of this damage came from mark-to-market losses, specifically $262.9 million in unrealized depreciation on Solana holdings and $70.9 million in realized losses.
